Like I have mentioned before, I am going to feature a local artist each month. This month I have decided to introduce you to Jenny. Jenny makes the most adorable headbands. I went to school with her at Weber State. She is a very talented artist, printmaker, photographer, and writer. She has very strong beliefs and is one of the most grounded people that I know. It has been said to surround yourself with creative people. people who inspire you to be better. Jenny is this person to me.

I asked Jenny to give me a little background on how her headband company, whimsical headbands came to be. below is her answer…

“I decided to go a whole year without buying clothing. At which point I was invited to a dinner party that required animal prints. I had nothing and so I bought peacock feathers and made a headband. Everyone asked me about them and so Whimsical Headbands was born and expanded to Whimsical {ear warmers, beanies, clips, and brooches} I love being relationships and creating headbands has strengthen my ability to be creativity and connect to other people.”
